This is a guided meditation to help you sleep if you have insomnia. The practice includes the body-focused breathe work involved in root trauma release without the tapping. If you find that you still cannot sleep after doing this meditation, I suggest you listen to one of the other Root Trauma Release meditations with tapping to help you release the underlying cause of the stress or distress inhibiting your sleep.
I hope this meditation helps you. There is a lot of explanation in this meditation because it is an introduction to the concept of how to use body-focused breath work to help you sleep. In time, you will be able to do this practice on your own without the guided meditation.
