Pain Due to Trapped Trauma in the Body
Because of the pain caused by trapped trauma, we have learned to dissociate from our body and avoid feeling the pain. We subconsciously feel the pain, but we consciously focus on the mind. Our mind tries to interpret this pain we feel with the stories we tell ourselves. Even the emotions and feelings we feel are interpretations of the the pain we are feeling.
In this lesson, I’m going to invite you to try to learn to feel the pain due to the trapped trauma the body. Instead of focusing on the stories or the emotions and feelings, focus on the actual feeling in the body. This lesson will also include a guided meditation that you can listen to anytime you want to do this meditation exercise.
