3 steps to feel better now
Find a quiet place to sit or even stand. Try to take at least 10 minutes to do this process if you can. Breathe into your body, that is, breathe deeply while focusing on your body. Scan your body for any discomfort & focus on their area as you breathe. This is the area where your trapped traumatic memory resides. Breathe into it until you feel calmer & more regulated.
You often will gain a lot of clarity about the memories that have been triggered today. Sometimes it will be memories from your childhood that needed to be remembered for whatever reason. Often, you will gain insight about how to proceed forward as we navigate this reality together. Journaling after this process is also quite helpful. This helps you raise your vibration quickly.
This is not a full Root Trauma Release (RTR) or past life karma healing session. This is to help you get grounded & back into your body quickly so you can get on with your day in a more regulated state.
